Casa Maria is located on the El Tigre golf course, a gated community with security at each entrance as well as at our building. We are located on the 3rd floor with easy access via stairs or an elevator. Our condo is a well-appointed, 3 bedroom, 2 storey penthouse unit overlooking the 7th hole of the golf course. The main floor balcony is screened and has a large table and lounge chairs. The kitchen is very well equipped and includes a large island with a second sink and a large fridge with an automatic ice dispenser. All three bedrooms are large with lots of storage space. The master bedroom has a king sized bed and TV and a large walk-in closet with a built-in make-up table. The second bedroom on the main floor has a queen sized bed, and the third bedroom on the second floor has a king sized bed. There is a large TV in the living room and seating for 8 at the dining room table. The condo has 3 full bathrooms with showers. The laundry room has a full sized washer and dryer. Every room has fans and air conditioners, and all windows, doors and the balcony are screened. There is a spectacular view of the area from the large terrace on the second floor. It has a built in wet bar, bar fridge, gas BBQ, large table with chairs and loungers. The pool and hot tubs are located on the grounds, a short walk away. Our condo is perfect for a family or 2 or 3 couples.

We provide weekly maid service, internet, free parking, and all linens and towels. Drinking water can be delivered to the condo for a small fee.

Casa Maria is a no smoking, no pet, no children, and no party condo and there are noise restrictions in effect after 11:00 PM.

If your stay is for two plus weeks then you will be allowed to access to a social membership for a small fee ($996 Pesos per month for two people) which provides the following:

• Access to use the golf course for an additional fee determined by El Tigre.
• Access to the beach club at Playa Royal (a 10 minute walk or via the free Shuttle service).
• Access to the sports club which offers tennis, Pickleball, gym equipment, squash courts, a lap pool, and a bar.

BOOKING AND PAYMENT DETAILS:
The condo can only be rented for a minimum of 1 week.
The rate for one week is $2000 US
The rate for 2 weeks is $3000 US
The rate for a month is $3500 US

A service fee will also be charged to cover electricity usage and weekly maid service usage.
The service charge for a one week rental is $90.00 US.
The service charge for a two week rental is $150.00 US.
The service charge for a month rental is $200.00 US.
