We first started dealing with Todd in August, 2008 through e-mail when we were interested in purchasing down in Puerto Vallarta. He was referred to us by a Travel agent acquaintance I was dealing with at the time.

We didn’t know Todd but through the months leading up to actually meeting him in January 2009 we went through dozens of e-mails back and forth and he was very attentive to all our questions. Whenever I would e-mail Todd he was always quick to respond and he was a wealth of information on purchasing in the Puerto Vallarta area.

My wife and I met Dana through one of her property listing ads. We had been out looking at homes with other agents and were overwhelmed. In the US, most Realtors have either professional certifications or were members of real estate associations with continuing education requirements. We came to find out that while that does exist in PuertoVallarta, none of the other Realtors participated in that (in other words, anyone can call themselves a realtor). 

 
There was a marked difference when we went out with Dana - she was so very professional and even more personable. Come to find out, she was a member of the PVprofessional real estate association. Of course, being foreigners, we were concerned about all of the details of buying a property in Mexico. Dana was there every step of the way, translating, holding our hands and connecting us with other professionals that could help us (attorney's, inspectors etc.). Dana is a long-time resident of PV, bilingual and most importantly a terrific person.
 
Now after we have owned our property for a while, Dana is still a resource to us on questions (and even a great connection for a hair salon that my wife loves). We can't recommend Dana enough!
